В стране пнеформалы появились на грани развала Советского союза, в 70-90-х годах. Целые группы молодых и непокорных выходили на улицы, выражая своим внешним видом протест против совка. Металлисты, рокеры, панки, стиляги, рэперы, байкеры... Сначала над ними смеялись, потом боялись, а когда набирающее обороты движение вышло из под контроля, то было уже слишком поздно.
